I'm pretty sure he's from Hawaii or, possibly, Kenya. I don't think he's even visited Manchester, England.

Horowitz spent half his life as an obscure, frothing left wing maniac. Then he became a less obscure, frothing right wing maniac, his background as a leftie having punched his ticket to B list right wing celebrity.

It's bleakly amusing when people (especially Horowitz) express admiration for his political conversion, yet manage to overlook the glaring constants.
