View Full Version : The LUCUS Blog: "I Told You So"

Just reading through Lucus' Blog (http://www.911blogger.com/blog/1117) where he gets off on being able to say "I told you so". When Lucus, or someone who registered here as Lucus in July 2007 (Lucus himself says he was already registered in an April 2007 (http://www.911blogger.com/node/8123)blog post - just who are you here anyway?) said in 2004 that the U.S. economy would tank, did he mean it would tank temporarily or tank for good? What is the definition for "tank" anyway?
Can he say "I told you so" in this post (http://forums.randi.org/showpost.php?p=2813124&postcount=41) where he says:
There's a 99.9% chance the NWO uses Bush/Cheney to declare Martial Law prior to the 2008 elections.
Or in this post (http://forums.randi.org/showpost.php?p=2812979&postcount=7) where he says:
When LCFC comes out the truth movement will go supernova.
Is there an "I told you so" to be said?
Or again from his latest blog post where he says:
And, when I heard Madoff get 150 years in jail, I said he would get cancer in the next couple of months...Good point is, that I told this to LOTS of work people who once never believed anything I said but now are believers...So, when several dozen people I told about Madoff found out he has cancer, they are like...Holy Crap
Except this (http://www.cnbc.com/id/32538765) came out afterwards:
Wall Street swindler Bernard Madoff has not been diagnosed with cancer, the Federal Bureau of Prisons said Monday, in response to a report that Madoff had told fellow prison inmates he was dying of the disease
Hey - how hard is it anyway to predict an old man will get unspecified "cancer"?
I consistantly break news storys days and even weeks to people before it hits mainstream, and that lends a lot of credibility.
Right. Great track record I see there.

Lucus' powers of prognostication (http://screwloosechange.blogspot.com/2007/08/why-we-debunk.html) were notably poorer when he decided to break up with his girlfriend because his earth-shattering documentary was going to bring down the wrath of the NWO on them both:
I had a beautiful fiancé that I was supposed to marry on March 17th who I had been with for 7 years. I left her on Jan 1st of this year because I did not want the powers that be coming down on her for something I was doing. She was trying to finish school and I did not want to do anything to ruin that. To my great and utter regret she has now met someone else and is moving on without me which was the final nail in my coffin.
I see he's been claiming lately huge views on his crockumentary the Ultimate Con. Which is funny because I monitor most of the 9-11 Truth sites and forums and I have never seen anybody mention it.

Yeah the Libyan Lockerbie bomber Al-Magrahi (sp?) is a similar case. He apparently has advanced and terminal prostate cancer. This was used as grounds to release him so that he could live out his last few months in Libya. This was a very timely and convenient excuse for the British who coincidentally wanted to release him anyway as part of an under-the-table trade deal with Libya.
Consider, prostate cancer is the second most common cancer to afflict men. The signs are easily recognisiable The treatment of the condition in the early stages is almost invariably successful. Yet Al-M. had been in a British prison for the last ten years under the care of the prison authorities, including the medical care but still this cancer initiates and is allowed to progress over many years despite very obvious symtoms to the terminal stage.
No way. Al-M is doing just fine in my opinion back home in Libya. I suggest you keep an eye on Madoff unless you want him to reach a ripe old age on his porch in Israel.
If he should suddenly die in prison be equally skeptical.

It was not Britain who released him it was Scotland. Fail again. Scotland have no deals with Libya. The UK govt tried a deal but then lost the rght when they lost the election up here.

Megrahi is far from Ok back in Libya. I saw a TV apperance last week and he looked far from alright. He was in a wheelchair, with a drip of some sort, was coughing profusely and could not even speak. He is not long of this world. He was diagnosed in Sept 2008 IIRC. If there are signs then the person afflicted has to voice them or no go.

So, if he doesn't have cancer, that's evidence of a conspiracy. And, if he does have cancer, that's evidence of a conspiracy too.
Bill, do you have cancer? Whatever the answer, doesn't it strike you as odd? Are you in on a conspiracy yourself? Because it seems to me there's no other explanation for the fact that you either do or don't have cancer.

This guy is quite humorous!
"So, what you're telling me is that it would take a huge amount of WELL CONNECTED, WEALTHY, WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS to pull off 9/11, but yet, you believe that JUST 19 men with box cutters were able to?"
The bold is what TWOOFERS say, not sane people! The rest is history.

"So, what you're telling me is that it would take a huge amount of WELL CONNECTED, WEALTHY, WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS to pull off 9/11, but yet, you believe that JUST 19 men with box cutters were able to?"
"So, what you're telling me is that it tons and tons of explosives, but yet you believe it happened with just a little bit of jet fuel?
Typical truther equivocation. It takes 19 pissed off Muslims to hijack 4 planes, crash them into various buildings and fields, and then just let the chips fall where they may after that. However, the truther version of what happened - even the simplest version - requires far more than that.
LIHOP - which would be physically indistinguishable from the "OCT"- requires the 19 Muslims as a bare minimum- you'd then need every person who was in a position to stop them, but didn't, to be in or it, or at least, cowed by those who were in on it. That might not be "thousands" but it'd certainly be hundreds, when you consider the number of Intelligence organizations that were tacking various terrorists at that time.
But of course, LUCUS and his ilk aren't LIHOPers, as evidenced by his question about the explosives. And again, we see equivocation - This time combined with a strawman. No one (except dishonest truthers, of course) says that all it took was a "little jet fuel". It took that, plus lots of other burning stuff, plus the gravitational potential energy of thousands of tons of steel and concrete. It's the truthers who insist that none of those things could account for the effects we saw, and insist that the buildings must have been "blown to kingdom come". To do that, you'd need the thousands of pounds of explosives. If gravity could account for all the post-initiation effects we see, then the vast majority of truther "evidence" of bombs is incorrect.
And of course, once you get into MIHOP, the number of people required quickly spirals out of control, as we've shown many times before.
So, pure equivocation - the Truther Version of "what really happened" is so vastly more complicated than what really did happen, that the number of people required to be "in on it" is vastly greater than just the 19 pissed off Muslims.
But of course, LUCUS will never get this.
Although
That statement/question stops people in their tracks. You can see their eyes start darting back and forth as the gears in their head come to a grinding halt as they search for a thought. They will then attempt to switch the subject at that point usually.
...I suspect the people he's talking to get it intuitively. Isn't it cute how he can interpret a "**** this guy is nuts!" reaction as a "****, he's right!" reaction?
