If I couldn't, there would be no way to do an EKG. Since I've had one (in a research environment) the case is clear, my mind can alter the flow of electrical currents.

So can anyone else's.

Well how do you know that you are altering the electrical field in your mind? We don't know a lot about the mind, maybe god alters the electrical fields because you think they should be alterable. Ever think of that smart guy stupid religious atheist skeptic punk jerk!
