Need sources to combat holocaust denial

I am starting this thread to gather up any information regarding holocaust-denial, evidence that proves the existence of the holocaust and counter-arguments on holocaust revisionists.

I know of only a single book on this issue:

Are there any other sources that you know of and that you would like to share?

You could also read Shermer's book "Why People Believe Weird Things". They have a chapter that discusses Holocaust denial. (I assume it will have similar information to the "Denying History" book you referred to earlier, but since the Holocaust stuff is contained in a single chapter it might be an easier read.)

Any of several books on the Irving vs Lipstadt libel suit would help.

I read the first two, and they are good. The Evans book is more about the historical facts while Lipstadt's is more about the story of the trial. I hope to get my hands on the last one, if I get the chance.
