I would like a children's book, preferably geared towards the 5-10 year old age bracket about evolution and creationism. My goal is to teach evolution at that level but also explain the who and whys of why some believe in creationism or ID. Thanks in advance.

You could do worse than visit this site (http://www.swarthmore.edu/NatSci/cpurrin1/evolk12/teaching/resources.htm) which is a resource for teachers. It lists and links the following books;

The Voyage of the Beetle
Sandwalk Adventures
The Tree of Life: The Wonders of Evolution
Our Family Tree: An Evolution Story
How Do You Know It's True?
Darwin and Evolution for Kids: His Life and Ideas with 21 Activities
The Tree of Life: Charles Darwin
The Evolution Book
Eyewitness: Evolution
The Beast in You!: Activities & Questions to Explore Evolution
Evolution Teacher's Guide (WGBH) This is free, free, free!

There are also curriculum resources.

Written by my mate. It's the best. :) There's other stuff at her web site (http://www.ellenjackson.net/). Bonus: picture of a cute dog.

Thanks Sez. So far I've ordered the 2 'Tree' books that are on Blues list. Now to tackle the whole creationism thing, le sigh.
