View Full Version : Bush is a genius and Bush is incompetent

So often in debates with truthers it always seems to come back to one thing. I was wondering if others have noticed this as well.

They say that it is irrational to believe that the government would be so incompetent as to fail to stop the terrorists from flying these planes into the buildings.

And yet, when you talk to them long enough they start trying to convince you they are the most incompetent fools you can imagine.

Example...

1. Silverstein admitting he demolished his building in a documentary. The bottom line is he is just too stupid to keep his big mouth shut and just admits the whole thing on TV.

2. Bush sits around in a classroom while things are exploding. Bottom line is that Bush is just too stupid to have a plan to act in a competent fashion and get the hell out of there. He'd rather just sit there so years later truthers can say this is clearly evidence he planned the whole thing... wait... what?

3. Hijackers still alive. Not only are they stupid enough to not have real hijackers but they just used the names of real people so they can turn up later and blow the whole conspiracy wide open.

4. Hijackers not on flight manifests. They go to all the trouble of creating such a vast conspiracy, faking passports, videos, witness, etc... and not create fake flight manifests that contain hijackers names.

5. Donald Rumsfeld saying U93 was "shot" down. Once again just too stupid and just tells everyone about the whole conspiracy on live TV, but he cant even get that right because everyone knows that no plane even crashed in Shanksville!

6. BBC and CNN reported Building 7 collapse early. They leak out their secret press release to CNN to report 7's collapse but they report it early, CNN then cuts to a close up of 7 and the reporter says essentially "I think thats wrong", then they screw up all over again about 40 mins later when they do the same thing with the BBC but this time they mess up even more since Jane is in a shot with 7 burning behind her and pull the plug. Too stupid to sort out their fake news reports apparently, and also stupid to feel it was necessary to begin with seeing as how everyone was expecting the building to collapse naturally anyway.

Theres plenty more obviously.

But its not just that they are trying to argue that the government have to be these bungling bunch of morons, at exactly the same time they argue they are absolute genius'!

They invent silent explosives and can take down buildings using demolition methods never used before or since with secret "superthermite" that has properties unlike any other kind of thermite. They manage to fake DNA evidence keep witness' quiet, fake radar and black box data and a million other things required to stop the conspiracy being discovered by mainstream scientists and researchers. They even manage to convince all the experts on the scene including the FDNY before WTC7 collapses that it was going to collapse naturally just to cover up the fact that they were going to demolish it anyway.

So the bottom line of 911 truth is that the government are at once incompetent fools and absolute genius' all at exactly the same time.

And yet, they still want to say its irrational to think they couldnt stop the terrorists from hitting the buildings. Apparently its okay if they're incompetent only if you're arguing for a conspiracy.

Politics isn't my specialty & I don't vote.

Reason why I don't vote is because it's in the U.S. Constitution:

Amendment XXVI
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, to vote, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of age.

Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

But that doesn't mean that my voice can't be heard, since the 1st Amendment gives everyone the right to freedom of speech.

I look at it this way! People tell others to vote & get your voice heard, otherwise if you don't vote you won't get heard. Thing about that is you have a right to vote or not. It's not mandatory! Plus you have an opinion about a certain political person, just talk about it.

So whether Bush is a "genius", no, not really because of Hurricane Katrina. Incompetence? Well he did a good job taking the fight (after 9/11) to the Terrorist over-seas instead of letting them come over & attack us again on our soil.

Of course those are my opinions! :)

That strange attribution of absolute genius and mind-blowing stupidity to the same shadowy puppet masters seems to be a running theme in conspiracy theories. Just think of the JFK shooting -- if there's an all-powerful military-industrial complex who can forge any documents and hire hordes of absolutely loyal operatives in the highest of places and they want the POTUS dead, wouldn't it be simpler to just do him in while he sleeps and then announce that he died of a brain aneurysm? Why make up an elaborate plot to kill him in front of hundreds of eyewitnesses?

Why is Mr. "T" on the "A" team?

Makes no sense.

He used to be Mr. A, but then he got into a fight with Chuck Norris, who roundhouse kicked him 19 letters back in the alphabet.

So people would know where I stand on politics.

Bush might be a "genius" & incompetent, who knows about Obama, or the next President, ect.

The original name was "The T&A Team", but that ran afoul of the censors.

Having no coherent theory means they can cover more ground. What's even more strange is that you will edit: (almost) never find a CT critical of another CT. You will see contradictory theories posted one after another without the slightest consideration for how they might affect each other. They're so afraid of losing a believer they totally abandon critical thought.

I dont agree with the word "never" in there, while they certainly dont usually like to try and be accurate by correcting each others claims Ive seen truthers argue against each other on subjects like, thermite (wood vs jones) CIT (hoffman) and no plane theories and so on. Hoffman has probably posted most of the actual rebuttles to truthers claims, but thats not saying much. On the page that he says the flight manifest claim is wrong, he says theres evidence suggesting the hijackers are still alive. lol.

Really? It's a rarity in my experience. I'll fix that and say "almost never". You've cited some big names and you're probably right. It's the usual truther posting on prison planet that is willfully ignorant of what the next guy is saying. Drives me nuts.

edit: done :) don't want to paint with too broad a stroke

It's not that uncommon for truthers to accuse other truthers of being disinfo agents infiltrating the movement as COINTELPRO. Every major figure in the truth movement has at some time been accused of being a government agent by another major figure in the truth movement, as far as I can tell.
