It seems like ye olde Florida Coup meme comes back still. Especially during a primary season where you depend on your diehard loyalists to cast the votes.
I was thinking the other day and realized this:
one party tried to subvert the recount with changed guidelines
one party tried to encourage the electoral college to change the outcome
So, yes, it amazes me when people like the head of the DNC start spouting rhetoric about "florida 2000" when it was they who tried to steal it. Look folks, nothing up my sleeve.....
Is anyone else sick of the florida coup nonsense? Or is it so ingratiated in our culture it will never die, a case of history written by the losers.
