I don't think it's that fair an article, but I have to admit the cartoon is funny.

The article seems a bit archaic; in the US we went over this whole schtick about a year ago. Perhaps it is just now percolating into the Australian press.

Actually, the article is from an English newspaper, and reproduced in an Australian one. The fact that they bother to publish such an article must mean that Mr Moore, Esq, worries them.

Well, you get to have Esq. after your name in Britain if you just have a bank account.
Dunno about worry. It seems to me that when Moore plays to the European press he acts a lot like a snot bolus. I remember one English interview in which he chose to use about a half of the interview to praise European women for their armpit hair.
