Now, now. Just because he said something silly doesn't mean that you have to. I don't take the position that gay marriage hurts the institution of marriage, as some do.

I do take the position that the institution of marriage has been destroyed, and that gay marriage is a side effect of this.

Whether or not this is a good thing remains to be seen.

As a non-married individual, I'm waiting to see.
