Can anyone tell me why antibiotics (specifically Cefaclor) make you feel like vomiting?

hmmm no medical professionals around this evening I guess...

If someone does know, can they also tell me if there is anything I can do to relieve the nausea? Something I could eat, or something I can take it with that might help?

I always figured it's because they knock out the natural gut microflora that helps break down food. Not sure if that is correct though.

It's supposed to be good for treating nausea.
