The description of Albert Einstein's formula E=MC Squared Where mass can be expressed in grams and speed can be expressed in meters per second. Thus an object's energy equals the amount of work it takes to move a few grams a few meters in a few seconds.
In reality Einstein's most famous equation Describes that Mass and Energy are different views of the same thing. The formula quantifies the amount of energy that will result from the total annihilation of mass such as would result when matter is exposed to an equivalent amount of antimatter.
For example 1 Kg of hydrogen if totally annilhated would result in 9E+16 Joules of energy.
I do not in any way believe in Interdimensional, Psychic or spiritual clouds of energy but I think the science should be correct when cited.
