Linda is well known to anyone that has attended a TAM. From TAMone to TAM7, Linda and her husband Karl have worked keeping TAM on track, packing packets, selling merchandise and involved in every aspect from picking a hotel to clean up.

Linda has been Randi's right hand woman for many years. If any of you have called the JREF you may have spoken to her, and she really has been the heart of JREF.

Linda very quietly retired this week.

But we can't let her just go quietly without some form of thanks from the forum.

A suggestion has been made that the forum get Linda and Karl a gift certificate to a very nice restaurant in the Ft. Lauderdale area. We are talking NICE HERE PEOPLE!

Jeff Wagg has offered to pick up a gift certificate and I am donating a card, and we'll make sure Linda and Karl know that they have our thanks for all their hard work at the JREF and at every TAM.

If you would like to contribute, the sooner the better as Jeff will be down in Florida at the end of the week, and so will I so I can drop off the card.

This will be a gift FROM you, the forum to SUCH a wonderful person that has put up with Randi and the JREF crew for YEARS. I would also like to say when Randi had his heart attack, it was Linda and Karl that were there on the front lines. Not only keeping the JREF going, but keeping an eye on Randi as he recovered.

Please send your donation to jeff@wagg.com

And if you would like to write something for Linda to be included, please write here and I'll print it out and make sure it makes it in the card. Or you can PM information to me.

Thanks

Farewell Linda. I hardly knew thee. And by that I mean, I didn't at all.

She never insulted me.

I bought 2 books in the JREF headquartes from her fair hand directly.

I may have been a little distracted as Randi himself had just given up half an hour of his precious time to have a chat with me.

It was a quite excellent day.
