mini-AGP to AGP

I was wondering if any adapter exists that I can use to plug an AGP mini x4 card (ATI Radeon Mobility) into an AGP x4 slot.

If I understand correctly you want to put a mobile/laptop card in a desktop machine?

If so I have never heard of nor seen an adapter for this purpose.
Does this card even have a plug for a monitor?

I seriously doubt these exist. And even if they did, you would almost certainly be better off just buying a card.
