Ranking the US Presidents

Okay, every year, a report is done among top scholars to rank the US Presidents on a variety of catagories.

1. Where can I find this?

2. Anyone want to post their own list, perhaps with some brief explainations? (Yes, this thread could get LONG, hehe)?
