The Amish do not have, nor do they beleive in insurance.
Will they be able to claim a religeous exemption?

Amish have a communal system for paying for medical care. They are exempt from the penalty for not buying insurance.
If Christian Scientists receive ZERO medical coverage, and NEVER go to an ER or doctor, than perhaps they too should receive immunity.

1. We have a thread on this already somewhere.
2. They have their own insurance program (which is quite good).
3. They could claim a religious exemption, but the last time we talked about itit, I think we figured out that they didn't need to as what they have met the criteria for the mandate. or did at that time.
