It would not appear to have been necessary to the conspiracy, not least because it wasn't enacted until over six weeks after 9/11. If it was necessary to the conspiracy, then 9/11 couldn't have happened until 10/26 at the very earliest.

Yeah, no kidding. September Clues was already discused in the 9/11 CT subforum. It has nothing but old claims, long refuted. Such as the "Almost all pieces of evidence were quickly removed" claim, which is contradicted by facts.
