No, I don't think it has one whit to do with psychics, real or otherwise.

It's a cattle-call for telemarketing workers only, and they are looking for experienced telephone chatters - this is repeated many times. They are making it very clear that anyone who cannot conduct convincing spoken conversations will not be considered. They want people who can talk fluently for long periods of time, obviously to rack up the $10-per-minute phone charges!

If you substitute the word "psychic" with "cold-call telemarketer" you will get the idea. They don't care a bean if you are a successful or accurate psychic or not - that is NOT part of the job requirement at all.

Actually, you are wrong. The job requires both people skills and "psychic" experience. They say so right here:

Actual reading experience is defined as professionals that have experience giving readings to clients either via private practice or on a Professional Psychic Network. Why don't they just have the psychics that are currently employed tell them which people to hire? Think of all the time and money they'd save on applications!
