I have searched, but does anyone know of any way to synchronize a USB thumb drive with Windows 7?
Some way that every time it is plugged into the PC files in a certain folder are transfer from the PC to the USB drive, and vice versa?

Try this. It's not totally automated, but only involves right-clicking and selecting "Update."

If the drive had an autorun on it, I believe you could do it that way.
