For the last time, the animals being culled in China in the wake of the latest SARS fears were civet cats. They weren't cats. They look like ferrets or something.

Does anyone else have any 'facts people can't seem to get straight in the media' rants they'd like to share with us?

I am outraged by the ethnic slurs against polecats. I mean, what difference does it make if a cat comes from Eastern Europe? People seem to avoid them, and they talk about them like they smelled bad or something. It's just WRONG.
