British Lible Laws --- Courts changing interpretation?

Thought this was interesting...considering how difficult it is to sue for libel here in the states...what do our British friends think? Is this good?

Very good. Case precedent is all in UK law, so this really is a landmark for freedom of speech in general, and science reporting/woo woo fighting in particular.
