Yeah, but I have no idea how to do that.
(I know - I'm barely computer literate.)

I don't have WP, but PC applications are pretty standardized:

in WP:
CTRL+A (to select everything)
CTRL+C (to copy what is selected)

go to app where you want to paste it:
CTRL+V to paste

Alternatively there are almost certainly Edit menus in both programs that have menu items to Select All, Copy, and Paste.
