Jobs, out of all people, accusing others of developing "closed" and "proprietary" systems.

Read the comments as well.

It looks to me like nobody else in the business world has ever come closer to presenting black as white and vice versa.

Steve Jobs once again proves why he was fired in the first place. Now I'm going to have to deal with people at work asking me about this, and I'll have to explain how incredibly stupid and hypocritical the statements are without coming off as an Apple hater.

That this actually might have impacted Adobe's stock is a tragedy.

I guess all of the technical excuses he tried to come up with, earlier, didn't work out, because Droid phones can support Flash without a problem, and the Tablet PC had already solved the "rollover" issue, and other such UI "hurdles", waaaaay back in 2002.

So, now he's focusing on spewing the political/corporate excuses.

I call it progress.

I love how he praises HTML5 but every quality of Flash he didn't like is a quality that HTML5 shares with flash.. HTML5 isn't touch aware, HTML5 isn't battery aware, HTML5 isn't secure by design either.
