FOIA DVDS on BitTorrent

A little bit more info. There is a .txt file and a .pdf that comes along with the files of that torrent which can be dowloaded seperately. Here's the text file content:-


This torrent is 26gb in size and contains approximately 3,160 files, mainly photos and a few videos.

These were obtained under the Freedom of Information Act request, they are the same as what ABC News obtained a few months ago which they released 13 aerial photos of.

Most of these photographs are taken from film-based slr cameras and scanned and sent to nist.

Whats most interesting about these photos is that the aerial NYPD photos above the burning trade centres are of low resolution even though they were definately using film-based slr cameras, they clearly dont' want you to see too much there.

Whats even more startling is that there are NO close-up photos of the "collapse" of WTC 1,2 OR 7. There are numerous angles of the WTC photographed and not a single photo of the collapse. Only 1 photo showing the VERY beginging of the collapse which shows what might be an explosion flash many floors below, clearly NIST is hiding the collpase photos as you would be able to see explosions too easily.

NIST haven't released the NYPD chopper footage in this FOIA request which would likely show the demolition of the towers, we need to get this complete footage!

There are no explosion flashes throughout any of the photos even though on video hundreds were seen throughout the 1-2hrs that the towers were standing.

NO video of any of the 3 towers "collapsing" have been released in this FOIA request.



The .pdf is an just an image of a two-page NIST letter concerning the files. It outlines the reasons for witholding certain files:-

BigAl linked to a torrent file above. The quote is the text file that is included along with the image/video files in that torrent (and the .pdf) Presumably the originator of the torrent wrote it.

I used µTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/downloads) to download only the .txt and .pdf files from the torrent and posted them here for info.

I was under the impression BigAl requested these DVDs via FOIA from NIST or whatever secret NAZI agency, and he put those DVDs on the internets. Hence my surprise to read that truther woo.

I never got to my own FOIA because until a week ago I didn't have a machine with the disk space. Today I could d/l this 15 times and still have lots of room.

Back in the day, $30k got me a 200MB mainframe drive that weighed 400 pounds and was the largest available. Today $600 gets me a 500GB disk and they throw in the computer for free and it all weighs 5 pounds.

Language and semantics can be tricky things. Anybody out there who can help me, please?

I have only a very basic understanding of how the torrent system works so I can't explain in detail. Suffice to say, anyone can set up a torrent for any type of computer file.

they are just taking a page from other kooks (ie- jfk's "pristine" bullet, young earth creationists "perfectly" designed universe). truther woo is riddled with it. you'll often ear how the WTC buildings fell "perfectly" in a "neat" pile into their own footprints. just more evidence you are dealing with delusional spin artists.
