Are they Liberal or Conservative? Since we are giving some people a break from paying taxes. And the single, no-children, at-home (for free) living people end up paying more tax than anyone else. Isn't that just as 'unfair' as progressive taxation? Especially since people who CAN claim the exemptions are typically the ones using the most public services?
