Ive heard people trying to use the fact that Kerry is uber rich against him. One of those "rich Democrat pandering the poor" lines. Now Kerry married rich, so Id sooner use the money issue against a silver spoon candidate (GW Bush for example).

The other dig, "Kerry is goldigger". Am I supposed to hold that against him? Even if its true, I see it as a smart move!

Yeah, I saw Ann whazzsher name on TV last night, she called Kerry (yes, she used this word) a Gigilo.

Implied that all he had was money that he stole from his women.

The fact that such people can lie to that extent on TV and think that there will be no negative consequences shows the utter arrogance and completely unethical character of this part of the American right.

It's a simple job, it's called "let's just make thingsup, if we make up enough, the uneducated will believe us'.

Right out of a book from the early 1900's, that is.

So, does anybody know how much of that stuff has any basis in truth? It wouldn't speak well to character.

As a "public figure" he has problems pursuing a libel suit, but if it's all bs, the wives should be able to make a good case.

If those were his only flaws he might even be electable.
