after watching TV? I swear... I felt my IQ points slip away as I watched Paris Hilton on TV. I mean, I actually, felt like I was getting really stupid. And stupider.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to go rent and watch Repo Man.

Well, I think it is possible to become "dumber" while surfing the internet. Constantly reading writing that includes both grammatical and spelling errors can affect one's writing. (I'm not referring to you, by the way). For example, many people on the internet make spelling mistakes, and if you don't really know how to spell the words in question, you might pick up the errors and use them while writing.

I don't think it was "TV" so much as "Paris Hilton" that makes you feel dumber. She's a sink of dumbness - she just sucks the intelligence out of the world wherever she goes.
"Hey! Look at ME! I'm a dumb blonde tart!"

Yoo too?
I saw Paris Hilton on TV, shortly after I forgot how to do subtraction...

I saw Paris Hilton on TV and within a microsecond had changed channels.
Whew, that was close. That remote control holster was a great investment.

I remember thinking I got dumber after watching part of an episode of Teletubbies. I accidentally changed the channel to it, and couldn't change away. It had some evil hypnotic power over me, and when I finally broke free, I must have lost 17 IQ points permanently.

I remember Jerry Falwell got dumber (possible?) after watching Teletubbies. Then he tried to make everyone else dumber.

Paris Hilton is one of the modern day's best arguements against a god.
No just and good Creator would allow a ditzy skank like her to be heir to one of the largest fortunes in the world.

The more you drive, the less intelligent you are.

I dunno. I haven't owned a TV in 20 years and I'm still pretty dim.
I thought Paris Hilton was a hotel.

I thought Paris Hilton was a hotel. And I shall refrain from commenting about how many guys have spent nights in the Paris Hilton...

Does sitting in front of a computer monitor count? 'Cause - Paris Hilton - I just got that, just now, and I sit in front of a tube a LOT.

I thought she had just named herself Paris Hilton. Didn't realize she was an actual Hilton.
