Nope, it's just the given past efforts at this by Congress (and these efforts have been made under both Dems and the GOP) we give this a very,very,low chance of doing anything.
But the way you knee jerk defend and praise just about anything the Democrats do is fun to watch.

I defend EVERYTHING the Democratic congress does? I doubt it. I agree with this act. Whether or not they actually put teeth to it remains to be seen. I'm not optimistic, but I'm not dismissing it out of hand either.
