It has to be in parallel to the firewall, not in series. A proxy won't get you through a firewall; all you can hope to do is bypass it, and for that you need access to both networks.

In other words, you need to be able to access a server outside of your net that runs through the firewall and put whatever bypass software you want on it.

For instance, if you were at work and their firewall blocked access to playboy.com, but you could see other sites, you could setup a proxy on a server on another site and "tunnel" access to playboy through that. Is that what you have in mind?

yep that is though every software i find is kinda expensive is there any way to forward a port like say: port 6900(blocked right now) to exit out of another port thats open like 20(open port)

HTTP Tunnel might work:

Yes, it sounds like a tunnel is what you want. With a tunnel, your firewall doesn't realize that you're going to the web; you're making a completely different connection to a completely different server. This is also a way to get around content filters.

Online translators usually do the trick.
