So our dear friend Matt decided to do the old "Coffee creamer fork in the eye" trick. Sadly, Paperskater ended up with fake eye goop all over her. Yes yet another time I wish I have a video camera going.

The Coronado Cafe wait staff seemed very confused, but even though this was the day before TAM started, they seemed to expect the unexpected from the TAM8 gang.

Welcome to the internet.
Please remember to pick up your guide to sexual innuendos at the door.

Matt,
You really should practice your tricks privately before doing them with someone "down-range". :D

OK, look. I really, really, really, really am trying not to make any inappropriate comments regarding the OP, but none of you are helping.

Nothing at all.

No how, no way.

Well, Matt might have been glad he came...

Paperskater - not so much.

Ew, he got it in her hair. That's simply rude.

I got a little of that coffee creamer on me, too, and nobody seems to care about it. :(

Why does Paperskater get all the attention?!!

(If you look closely, you can see a small bit of my glasses sticking into the second photo.)

I... um...

okay.

Well, I guess I...

Hm.

okay.

I... er...

No, I think I'll share this moment with Hokulele. I can't say anything remotely appropriate here.

I'm turning away now. This is me, turning away.

Wow....just wow.
I'll get suspended if I say anything else.

Wowbagger, sorry about your glasses, I know how hard it is to get that stuff off of them.

The self-containment on this thread is admirable!

Which is more than I can say for Matt.

Paperskater - not so much.

I mean I wish I could declare a winner...that's pretty good...

Matt, just for my own curiosity and self-evaluation -- how far away were you from Paperskater when this happened?

And did Wowbagger's proximity help or hinder with the distance/duration?

And did Wowbagger's proximity help or hinder with the distance/duration?They were about one standard dining table away.

I was off to the side. My proximity neither helped nor hindered.

Unless you did something to stimulate Matt into doing this.

Well, Matt was already simulating the jamming of the fork into his eye...

...But, I didn't say he should do it with the creamer! All I did was remind him that the creamer was usually part of the gag.... :o

I performed the standard trick, but at the key moment I squeezed it a bit too vigorously and the aforementioned cream flew a mighty distance... easily about 5-6 feet. As can be seen, there was... considerable... collateral damage.

Yes, folks, I'm just that good. Or bad, depending upon your point of view.

I must say, Paperskater is such a good sport. I thought, ever so briefly, that in my weakened state I was in danger of getting killed. But, as you can see, it all worked out in the end and we had many a laugh over it :)

But what about paperskater?
