I was in Dublin in 2006. Saw no Truthers or Truthers grafitti/posters.
I was in London in 2008. Saw no Truthers or Truther grafitti/posters.
I was just in Prague and Vienna. Saw no Truthers or Truther grafitti/posters.
So...um...do these guys really exist outside of the USA and Canada?
Or are they just internet warriors living in mommy's basement...and are too cowardly to express their views in the light of day.

My experience in Sweden is that the subject is never discussed. Not because of any evil government suppression of the topic, but because most people just aren't interested. I conclude from this that most people are satisfied in the knowledge that 19 islamic jihadist hijackers perpetrated 9/11.
Going into details, a few that I've spoken to have raised truther talking points. My question to them is immediately: "have you been watching Loose Change"? Almost without exception, the answer is "yes". I then walk them through the lies of the film, and eventually they're back to not caring, generally accepting reality.

I wouldn't expect many truther graffitis/posters outside the USA regardless of the number of truthers, especially in non-english speaking countries.
I live in Prague and let me tell you there are some truthers here. But, as uke2se said, they are mostly truthers light. They have seen some 'documentary' or other and believed it because they didn't think about it much. I've found it's pretty easy to reason them out of it.

In Germany, I am not aware of any political activity and agenda outside of the internet. However, there are some native truthers here, they write books, hold speeches, and of course spread the woo online. I came to JREF when I was looking for good debunking material to counter a small handful of young believers at some social forum.
We have German truthers at JREF: bio, and I believe achimspok is German, too.
Some of the prominent leaders of 9/11 woo in Germany are:
Jochen Scholz, retired lieutenant colonel of the German air force. As a former NATO staffer he, according to his own testimony, was involved in political analysis as pertain to military operation, particularly in former yugoslavia. He is today a consultant to the Berlin chapter of leftist party "Die Linke", which absorbed the former East German communist party, SED. Scholz' woo is subtle: He can lecture at length about US world stratefy, overt and covert operations, and historical precedent. When asked about 9/11, he replies that he doesn't say the military was stood down, but he also doesn't say it wasn't. And he suggests that certain figures (Zelikow) in the 9/11 Commission had the specific role there of altering the public perception of history.
Andreas von Bülow is a former state secretary for defense (1976-1980) and Federal Minister for Research and Technology in the government of Helmut Schmidt from 1980-1982. And a one-time participant of the Bilderberg conference :D. He is a MIHOP / "CIA and Mossad dunnit" type, who is basically JAQing off and getting hung on details of procedure he finds questionable. Remote controlled planes, hijackers not on passenger manifests, no proper police investigation, OBL not on most-wanted list, ... Von Bülow was hot in 2003. His main role today is his value for arguments from false authority.
Mathias Bröckers and Gerhard Wisnewski are two journalists who published articles and books in the early years of 9/11 woo. Bröckers is also known for hemp-woo. He is riding a pretty antisemitic course, speculating about a "Kosher conspiracy" with G.W. Bush and Ariel Sharon in the lead. Wisnewski is also an moon-hoaxer, and sees "hidden history" behind all terrorist attacks. Interestingly enough: While at odds with most western media outlets, he is on friendly interviewing terms with the Iranian state media. His latest CT: The earthquake of L'Aquila, Italy, in 2009 was caused by CERN shooting a neutrino beam.
Bröckers, Wisnewski and von Bülow's public appearances have received more than their proportional share of attention in neonazi circles, most notably from convicted holocaust-denier Horst Mahler.
Andreas Hauß is a self proclaimed "historian". He did study history in his youth, but never worked in the field and has not a single peer-reviewed publication to his credit. He is a free journalist specializing in CT woo. Besides 9/11, he for example doubts that the Winnenden school shooting of 2009 (16 death) was the doing of a lone and deranged adolescent with weapons stolen from his gun-crazy father. Some lunatic sent me a video where Hauß was extensively featured with many of the JAQs we are all so tired off, some of them already debunked. His favourite argument seems to be "I can't believe that this and this could happen, it is simply unbelievable". Oh well.
Wolfgang Eggert is mainly preoccupied with the doings of a Jewish cabal stretching from the medieval ages and many countries to today. Needless to say, since all world history is meticulously planned by caballistic Jews, they must also be behind 9/11.

Strange thing: Another forum user who seems to be both German and a Truther wrote me a Private Message, asking if my " cute propaganda building blocks" had "grown on my own manure" - but wasn't "man" enough to go public in this thread :D

There are truthers in The Netherlands, lot of wackjob websites as well. And every time a news article about 9/11, Obama, Bin laden, Iran etc. is published on one of the biggest Dutch news sites (nu.nl) half the comments are by truhers, claiming inside job, false flag, NWO and YouTube. Never cared to address them though. I have to deal with dumb, stupid, low IQ Dutch people on a daily basis at work.

He's occasionally posted his Truther stuff on Pagan forums and I'm pretty sure I've seen him on the TPUC.org forum.

Out of the 1234 signers of the ae911 truth petition 247 of them are non US based, architects, nearly architects, engineers or nearly engineers. That is despite Richard's regular world tours.
Richard is a tireless worker for truth and he puts your donations to great use travelling the world and spreading truth. Since 9/11 2009 Richard has visited Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Jamaica, and has plans to do China and South Africa in the next few months.
However this year we expect a big breakthrough in China. Richard is appearing on CCTV's Dialoque, which is equivalent to "60 minutes" . So if Richard keeps convincing 98% of the people who he talks to, then we are expecting another 100,000 chinese architects and engineers to sign up after this trip.
Hopefully he will do a tour of New York state next as we are a bit embarrassed about only having 8 licensed architects and 4 PE structural engineers on his petition, and two of them are lapsed.
So please donate generously to bring Richard to New York state.

According to his list of speaking engagements, he's going to New York on September 11th this year!
The venue hasn't been decided yet, for some reason:
City/State: New York City
Date: Sat, Sep 11, 2010
Time: TBA
Topic: 9/11: Blueprint for Truth – The Architecture of Destruction
Speaker: Richard Gage, AIA
Venue: TENTATIVE

There are a few, but really only a few Truthers in Japan. There's a woman called Yumi Kikuchi who is really a peace-campaigner who, I think, simply uses 9.11 Truth for propaganda purposes.
There's a member or two of the Japanese Diet who are Truthers and then there are a few academics in such related subjects as American Economy and Modern German History etc...
Actually, I think most Truthers in Japan are foreigners such as Benjamin Fulford who believes just about every mega-conspiracy going (Illuminati, International Bankers, etc...)

Can't wait to catch him at Oktoberfest, in Monaco, Tahiti and Cancun next! The big Truthi Gras parade in Rio next year shall be the final march to triumph, with Gage and entourage signing up all the engineers and architects up and down Copacabana

Think there are some 10-20 in Stockholm, mostly members of the tinfoil-forum of Vaken.se. They do meet from time to time, mostly on Medborgarplatsen, and I see their stickers here and there.
They seem to be somewhat present i Malmö also. This is from this summer (some english spoken):

While that's a pitifully small gathering, I still feel ashamed for them. I must say that they seem to be suffering a bit from their Swedish upbringing in that they don't seem comfortable raising their voices too much and getting up in people's faces. I guess we can be thankful for that, at least.

And there is nothing like white middle class boys rapping about "Babylon". It's a bit like when a couple of them neo-nazis decided it would be a good idea to make a reggae nationalist song.

There may be a truther in Dublin, I encountered one in 2008. However he was (a) Australian, (b) an aged hippie and (c) a stoner.
Last seen exiting a small IT store in tears after I failed to give his ideas the respect he felt they deserved...........:D

I know of one in Australia. A personal friend and colleague in IT service work. He is full on into anything NWO/Illuminati/Aerial Spraying etc...
..so naturally 9/11.
Discussions with him about "demolition of the WTC Towers" in 2007 led to me joining the old Dawkins net forum in August 2007. I adopted the user name econ41 and I started posting on 9/11 matters Nov 2007. Being qualified as civil engineer and with military engineer training in demolitions I dominated the discussion there from about week two of my residence and the rest is history. Changed user name when I came here for some half baked and forgotten reason. Both usernames easily "decoded".
Apart from that one person I cannot recall any one in Australia raising 9/11 matters or expressing any interest.
