What are these from?

So, there are a few nutjobs on a forum I go to a lot spouting the same old nonsense, but I haven't seen this one before. I know it doesn't mean anything at all, but I would like to know what these are so I can at least explain it to them. Anyone ever seen these? Web searches on pentagon airplane models doesn't really give me much, sadly.

I believe those have been discussed here before. IIRC they're part of a disaster plan if a plane crashed into the pentagon. But much to the dismay of the fevered little minds pushing it, the scenario was not a terrorist attack. Rather it was based on a takeoff / landing mishap at Reagan national airport.

They have NOTHING to do with terrorists flying into the pentagon and have everything to do with the pentagon being in the direct flight path of Reagan International airport.

And the only thing I'll add, because it may come, up is that the pilot of flight 77, which hit the Pentagon, Charles Burlingame, was not involved with these exercises. This is a claim that was made in Loose Change. It touches on this in the video that Trutherslie sent you but RKOwens does another on this subject here:
