Calling all artists !
I'd be very grateful should any of you creative people get involved in the "MailArt" project, a novel idea arranged by the Mind Arts Project Stockport. (MAPS)
MAPS is a charitable organisation working with people who have long term mental health problems, and is rapidly becoming recognised for its therapeutic benefits.
MailArt has been a great success, members of MAPS send out small items of art to anyone interested and hope to receive something in return. Indeed, hundreds of items have been received and have been exhibited (currently on display at Folly Cafe, Lancaster).
