I loved Skeptoid epispode 221 on Myers-Briggs. It made me question my own use of DISC.
Some of the research I've been able to do thus far seems to address concerns about MBTI Brian mentioned in the episode, but then again the only studies I was able to find were from companies who apparently make a lot of money from administering DISC tests.
A pubmed search yielded nothing I could find in the psychological literature.
Can anyone help further with my exploration into DISC? Is it the same as MBTI, built on a theory but never verified in any meaningful and rigorous way empirically?
