This link (http://www.kens5.com/news/A-local-photographer-remembers-the-day-of-September-11th-102395309.html) goes to a story about a San Antonio photographer who was living in NYC on 9/11 and got some truly amazing photographs. The photographer is an acquaintance of mine so I naturally read the story. (The photo of him standing next to the scale model of the Towers - which he also created - was taken in my library's gallery during a commemorative exhibit.) The one and only comment is from a truther.

Thought some of the JREF might like to reply.

I tried to register and it went through, however, now it's saying username is not found when clearly I am typing it correct.

I really can't stand ignorant posts like that. I can't believe so many Americans and people world wide are still walking around thinking Larry Silverstein meant DEMO MY BUILDING by "pull it".

Bummer. Oh, well, thanks for trying. I would but my entire repertoire of argument against truthers and their ilk is, "You think what? And no one has put you away yet?"

There is little more that you can do.

A few years back chances were you would be talking to a genuine sceptic. They have long been satisfied as to the core truths i.e. no demolition at the WTC

Those still claiming otherwise are near certainly either:

1) committed conspiracy theorists with all the mental aberrations that condition brings; OR
2) Stirrers who are simply "pulling your chain" trying to get you to bite.

...and there is little hope for either group so walk away.

Yes indeed. Thank you for that.

I see Ron Wieck has made a post (as pomeroo). I do miss his articulate bashings here, so it's nice to his work again.

While on the subject of photographers, I thought I'd sneak in a link to Magnum Photo's 'Magnum In Motion' series, whch was taken by some of the world's top photographers who happened to be at a meeting in New York on that day.

I thought it was interesting: http://inmotion.magnumphotos.com/essay/september11 - and completely non-CT related!
