Take the test (http://www.art.com/asp/assessmentModule/innerArtist.asp/_/ui--5DE62E3031604C71AE5CEB1C084CD4F8/posters.htm).
My inner artist is Norman Rockwell.Whether entertaining or visiting with friends and relatives, you and Normal Rockwell discovered that home is indeed where the heart is. You exude a cozy charm that others find endlessly comforting to be around. In fact, you may find that your friends and family members come to you first for advice or to talk simply because you seem so real. But don’t be fooled. We suspect that someone as grounded as yourself still holds nostalgia near and dear. And just like Rockwell, you have the power to leave a lasting impression on everyone you meet simply by being exactly who you are — no more, no less.

I also came out "Rockwell." H'mmm.
I don't suppose anybody chose the "psychic friends" answer...

Your inner artist is Salvador Dali!
Okay, so maybe you don’t dream about melted clocks, but you do share a hint of Dali’s passion for the surreal. Let’s face it -- you’ve got a different way of looking at the world and that means that things aren’t always as they may seem… It’s not necessarily that you have a rich fantasy life – it’s just that you can appreciate different perspectives and points of view. I mean who are you to say something can’t exist? But even when you do come out of your dreamscapes, it’s clear, like Dali, your feet are planted on terra firma. And your unique combination of inspiration and creativity are sure to spell success.

Ansel Adams. And I didn't even choose film.
So you might not have the gray beard and black-rimmed glasses, but chances are you share a few things with the master of photography – like your appreciation for honest living and the great outdoors. You don’t need the flash and panache of big-city living to get you going. (Though there’s a time and place for everything). But it wouldn’t surprise us if it’s the simple things in life that mean the most to you – like true friends, family, and the call of the wild. Like any true pioneer, you probably have your hands full with multiple projects at one time. And from the outside, it may look like you’re burning the candle at both ends. But those that really know you would say you’ve always got an eye on the big picture, and that nothing short of a mountain will stand in your way.

Bobo, the idiot chicken.
quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You're trite and purile, with little insight . You tend to stare at small, shiny objects, and have the attention span of a mayfly. Unlike most artists, you can't even attract the attention of pretentious, amateure art critics attempting to sound important. Nobody likes your work. You smell. Walking on paper with ink on your feet isn't all that impressive.

I figured as much.

Damn, an internet test that's not obviously completely bogus. It picked Salvador Dali for me. I might have picked Magritte by a narrow margin, but Dali's good enough.

Your inner artist is Keith Haring!
With your good-natured charm and fun-loving attitude, it's no wonder you're paired with the cartoony style of Keith Haring. Always up for a good time (or hosting one), you probably have a natural ability to talk to anyone, anytime, anywhere. People are naturally drawn to that charisma, and compared to others, you have it good when it comes to making good friends.
wow! I'm a party girl. Actually I really am an artist, time to start doodling more. I would say that I have been told I do "happy paintings". but I'd say sometimes my art is a little more Magritte than Haring! Then again, I also kind of Man Ray.
As long as I'm not one of those Flemish masters, ick!

i got Klimt: Whether incurable romantic or caring optimist, your style is undeniably Klimtian. Like all romantics, you tend to think with your heart. And why not? Great things often come with a healthy dose of passion attached. When it comes to matters that matter — whether love, or injustice, or freedom — you’re rarely one to follow the crowd. In fact, you possess the rare gift of courage, along with the self-confidence to stand up for your convictions. We’d guess you’ve swum against the current once or twice before. And where something you care about is concerned, we’ve no doubt you’d do it again. woot?

Gustav Klimt?
I almost believed the description of me, until I realized it sounded a lot like a horoscope (c:
Just for shakes and giggles, I did the test a couple of more times ... and yes, they all sounded like me.
*sigh*
(Of course, I have multiple personality disorder, but that's besides the point ... shush, be quiet)

Klimt. I always thought of myself as more of an Applebroog, but unfortunately, she isn't an option on the test.

Not me at all. I consider the home to be a drag, and hate to be there; my friends and family members are always second to my personal desires, and none of them wants to be next to me if they can't avoid it. I couldn't care less for my nearest and dearest, and people tell me I am eminently forgettable and make no impression on them whatsoever, no matter how hard I try.
(Hmmmm....... come to think of it, is DOES sound like a horoscope, doesn't it?)
