I note several recent instances where the term "woo-woo" has been simplified to "woo".

Why is this?
And did we drop the first , or the second "woo"?

The 'oo' from the first and the 'W' from the second ;)

The "woo-" is a prefix, as indicated by the hyphen. Hence we dropped it and retained the root "woo."

What happened to the "roll" in "rock and roll"?

For that matter, who put the ram in the ram-alam-a-ding-dong? Oh, wait. That was Ron Jeremy. Never mind.

We may be rational, but no one can claim we're sensible!

No, he put the bop in the bop she bop. But which bop did he put the bop in the bop she bop?

Was it the first bop in the bop she bop?
Or was it the second bop in the bop she bop?

(Silly minds want to know.)

Turns out Woo-Woo was actually baby talk for a curse word, I was fined millions of dollars by the FCC and they retroactively erased all of your predilections to using the word to prevent nasty naughtiness from spreading on the internet.\

AHH $#%$% I said it again... someone run before Ashcroft gets me.
