This is a sale of a possessed doll that is currently on Ebay. I find it rather silly but not nearly as hilarious as the next item:

Who says that skeptics don't have a sense of humor?

Much as I'd love to buy that haunted doll, if chucking it in the bin and burning the doll couldn't get rid of it, why would selling it over ebay do the trick? It'll only end up back in the seller's bed. A good way to sell empty boxes, though. "Sorry, the doll's so haunted, it must have reappeared in my house while it was in transit".

When I was selling some stuff on ebay, I certified each item as being "100% Demon Free".

That baby/dwarf wearing a white monkey suit is pretty creepy, though. That thing's got to be haunted.

I notice that the possessed doll has a higher bid than the unpossessed doll. Therefore, it is clearly a positive marketing strategy to claim that an item is possessed. I hope to soon see possessed items at my local supermarket.

If you hand some of your money to the merchant, you could possess those items yourself!
