California had its Great ShakeOut earthquake drill today.

So what are the odds that a major earthquake would hit the Gulf of California on the exact same day?

Troofers will use this as proof that the gubmint can control earthquakes in 5...4...3....

I hope the conspiracy involves HAARP. That's always good for a giggle.

HAARP or nukes do seem to be the kooks' go-to explanation for earthquakes.

I always enjoy HAARP more, 'cos it make so much less sense.

Thinking about it, I've still never found a good answer to "why would the eeeeeevil gubmint test their earthquake weapon on an inhabited area?"

I agree. :)

Apparently They™ have no means of measuring the output of their Earthquake Machine, so they have to target populated areas and then tune in to the news to get crucial data.

Aren't you forgetting that the eeeeeevil gubmint is trying to depopulate the world? And doing such a crappy job of it that the population keeps growing? If they test their earthquake weapon in an inhabited area, they can kill two birds with one stone.:D
