I'm looking for suggestions on sources for a geography project I'm doing. The main theme is "Consumption" and the main idea behind the project will be "What if everyone consumed at the level of the average American citizen?"
Now, to begin, I will state up-front that I am not interested in discussing hypotheses of how we can consume at our current consumption rates indefinitely, so don't bother. I am, instead, interested in hearing suggestions from people on good sources for the project. Note: I am primarily looking for peer-reviewed papers and sources for data as opposed to books (I already have a few books I'm reading for the project and am not interested in increasing my workload too terribly much).
Thank you in advance for all suggestions.
