It's a sort of Hatfield versus McCoys. Two families. Two fortune telling businesses. Now, a feud has escalated to alleged violence.

Self-described gypsy Jimmy "Cutty" George says he fears for his life and that of his family after Stephen Mitchell allegedly threatened his wife at gunpoint.

"He had a gun and he waved it to her. He said keep the kids off Street Road or I'm going to hurt you," George said.

"If he wants to call it a psychic war, it's on him; I didn't think we had a psychic war," George said.

A woman claiming to be Stephen Mitchell's wife tells Action News the allegations are completely false, but wouldn't be more specific.

Coincidentally, George admits he's currently charged with a similar crime in Egg Harbor.

He's accused of threatening a fortune teller there at gunpoint, but he too, denies the allegations.

Mitchell is charged with assault, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats and other related charges.

Sure, why not. I'll even use fortune-telling to predict it. I did an I-Ching reading and got hexagram 63. Chi Chi / After Completion. There were two moving lines, which I reduced to the third line, which is:

Who said they can do such a thing? The term psychic is extremely vague and this is why the MDC requires a specific declaration of what you can demonstrate.

Most psychic simply "feel" stuff and can't do any actual effects
