Does this mean they want to buy control of the whole Airbus conglomerate, and possibly Boeing, or just buy a plant of their own which would be built in their own country for cranking out aircraft?

This is without doubt your dumbest thread ever. Check out the crappy translation on the blog. It is an announcement about new planes. Get a grip.

Take over of the whole Airbus conglomerate including Boeing and others, clearly, why else would the link you posted tell they just buy a plant?

His HAARP threads in CT/911CT are worse.
Mistaking "plant" for "plane" in a poorly translated blog post is understandable. Thinking that a couple acres of radio antennas can measurably heat up the entire atmosphere, not so much.

HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE BE SO CALM????!!!!!!!
It's obvious that these A-Rabs have learnt the ways of the white-man, and our penchant for placing the agents of our own destruction into the fabric of our lives.
Why try and take over an airliner by getting suspiciously swarthy volunteers and their baggage through customs? Simply place the explosive of your choice in the seat cushions, or use thermite paint when you manufacture the 'plane, to be activated at a time and in a place of your chooseing.
I'm just glad I'm not an Arsenal player. Surely they know about the 90% acrylic 10% Semtex mix their shirts are made of?

Incidentally, the Airbus conglomerate does not actually include Boeing, which is a separate company in direct competition with Airbus.

And Uncle Sugar would have a LOT to say about the resulting monopoly...

that is correct for the moment, but when INRM's suspicions turn out to be true, then that might change soon. ;)
ETA: btw, when i would believe Boeing belong into the Airbus group, why would i have singled them out ? :D

But Boeing did make a sale to Korea (KAL?) with the proviso that KAL make lots of the parts. So the concept that the Emirates do the same with Airbus is not so far fetched. Except that KAL was already in the plane parts business, making their own replacement parts.

The English phrase, "[t]ake over of the whole Airbus conglomerate including Boeing and others" conventionally parses out to mean that the Airbus conglomerate includes Boeing.
ETA: I mention this not to give you a hard time about English grammar, but so that something useful and informative will happen in an INRM thread. :D

I know Airbus is it's own entity; Boeing is it's own entity. I get that, I know that pretty well actually.
The question is does Emirates want to buy either outright, or just buy a plant to build their own aircraft?

What the hell does it matter what Emirates 'wants' to do. Last I checked they were like the sixth largest airline in the world. What makes anyone think they are capable of buying a controlling interest in either of the world's two biggest aircraft manufacturers? This is especially silly with Boeing, who in addition to being the largest aircraft manufacturer on Earth, is also one of the largest defense contractors and, if I remember correctly, the largest exporter in the USA.
I'd love to work for Boeing, so I'm probably biased.

None of them. I say again, check the poor tranlsation from the site. Stop acting like an idiot.
And anyway, what does it matter if true?

They are going to buy both Airbus and Boeing, as well as every other aircraft manufacturer in the world. Then they will devote their lives to building drones, just so they can fill the skies with them and monitor everybody. Paranoid idiots get two drones, just for good measure.

So you read the nine posts ahead of your post. You saw that you have exactly one source for your story. You saw that that source was a blog. And then you asked the original question again. You are either a troll pretending to be a chucklehead or you are a ...[what is the word I am looking for?].

A spoof? I did check the Emirates Airline Website and there is nothing up there.
Much ado about nothing--for now.
