And it would only cost a bajillion dollars.

And certainly more effiecient than redundant superpowers...

Come on, who really needs the ability to leap over tall buildings in a single bound when flying will accomodate such a task just as easily...

Oh sure this will be really usefull to help soldiers carry heavy loads.... such as the damned thing's massive power supply! Oh, sorry not much space for ammo or water, its all batteries d'ye see! Maybe you can just stomp the enemy to death though..
