Hello!
I've been asked to find a hotel for all of us, and I have to say, it wasn't easy.
However, I suggest the Howard Johnson's at the airport.
Why?
It's relatively inexpensive. It has shuttles from the airport and to the ships (small fee). And it has a bar, which is difficult to find in affordable places. And free WiFi!
I found rooms for $105 a night (3/18) at their site which is here (http://www.hojomia.com/). Not a special deal as we're not going to have enough people to qualify for a group, but overall, seems like a good place.
ADDED BONUS - they have shuttles to the Fort Lauderdale airport, which might be cheaper for folks (especially those flying Southwest). There will be a charge, but not much I'm guessing.
