We're spending a lot of time on one thread dealing with Rouser2's derailing tactics. I'm unwilling to let Rouser2's comments go unchallenged but I feel that they do tend to clog up the thread with a lot of "he said, she said" bullsh!t. Maybe this thread could be the one with no actual useful content but where these kinds of comments coulb be challenged
>>In view of this, the questions I would like to ask (and let us please ignore Rouser2 when he squeals that it's an infringement on natural or common law):
An "infringement on natural of common law"???? Your nitwittery has no bounds. I've never made any such nonsensical statement.
-- Rouser
I'm sorry, I misconstrued the statement.....
Not exactly. I Rouser2, a clear thinking sovereign citizen, endowed with all the rights secured by our Constitution, and by our Creator as well as the Common law, including the right to preserve one's conscience in a jury deliberation, cannot "make" law by a jury vote, but certainly can and should nullify bad or unconstitutional law by simply refusing to convict.
....in the context of a discussion of your avowed unwillingness to convict for date rape as an indication that you thought that prosecution for date rape was an infringement of natural or common law
I will amend my statment to be....
In view of this, the questions I would like to ask (and let us please ignore Rouser2 when he squeals that it's a bad or unconstitutional law)
I'd still like you to be ignored in this regard
