I work at a TV station and Uri Geller's coming here tonight to be interviewed on our news programme - he's got some show running in Jersey (the island near France).

De-bunk, if you get on a plane now you could be here before 6pm! Hurry man!

Wow, you live in Jersey! How is it to live there? It sounds to me like a nice compromise between Britain and the continent. How many people live on Jersey?

How many people live on Jersey?

About 90,000, including quite a big Portuguese community.

Just googled the tourism site. Jersey looks beautiful - and warm and sunny. One hundred miles south of the English coast and warmed by the Gulf Stream.

Uri Geller will go anywhere possible to get his face on telly.

Does Jersey have a large population of Wooists?

Very pliable spoons, so I'm told.

Nah, he was supposed to book Hoboken, but one of his handlers really messed up.

Well I dunno what happened, but he didn't show. Unforeseen circumstances?

Maybe he tried to be teleported and failed?

You bet!

Where isn't there a large population of Wooists near two big cities?

Convenient to New York City and Philadelphia.

We've got 'em all!

Plenty of great restaurants all over Jersey.

Two professional football teams in East Rutherford.

The Devils are a helluva hockey team.

Mammoth Monmouth where the big one are, be there. That's auto racing.

Paramus Park is the biggest shopping mall east of the Mississippi.

If you like gambling action, there's Atlantic City.

If you like hellholes, there's Camden.

We got plenty of Kallikaks. The original Kallikaks are from Jersey.

And the birthplace of Old Blue Eyes, of course I mean Frank Sinatra.

What's that you say? There's some other Jersey? :p

Never mind. :p :D

David I have a buttered Portuguese roll most mornings for breakfast. How is it they make such better bread than Spaniards?

It's probably too late now, but if ya do get to see UG, ask him if he's ever visited Middletown, New Jersey. Or if he's ever pretended to be an investigator for the Department of the Navy. Has he ever travelled with Mr Eldon Byrd? Could he think of any way in which the previous questions could be related?
