I understand this man has been effectively "demoted" already (Rice and Powell took over his "responsibilities" for Iraq). Hiding the problem does not make it go away.

The video is misdirection. I think the only reason Rumsfeld didn't argue it on TV was because he didn't want to look all mamby pamby splitting hairs over it.
