Check this out (http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/index.htm). It's the coolest. MIT has created an online repository of coursework for 500 of their classes. The number and kind of materials differs from class to class, but the ones I've looked at usually have the problem sets, labs, lecture notes, syllabus, and tests. Some, apparently, even have realplayer video of the professor giving a lecture, although I haven't found any. I've only quickly glanced at the site, so I can't say how well they've done, but the idea at least is awesome.
