I have been in the process of questioning my beliefs for more than a year now, this past week I decided I can no longer say I am a deist.
So now what?

So now what? I'd say the next step is that if you cannot call yourself a deist, what can you call yourself?
And as the unofficial Unitarian missionary on this board, I feel I should make the obligatory plug. ;)

Could you please announce it in a 3000 words essay with due dramatization and pathos and send it to Riddick ? ;)

What about 'non-deist'? Simple, accurate, has a nice ring to it...

'Now what?'
Um... there's not really anything ceremonial. You don't get doused with unholy water, you don't get uncircumcised... But maybe we can arrange something else.
What kind of ceremony would you like?
What would an appropriate ceremony be for someone who's finally made the de-conversion?

Don't forget to include pictures and adhere to a monosyllabic vocabulary.

I would add that if you keep in mind that a picture is worth 1000 words, you could pare your essay down to a couple of paragraphs and some well-chosen clip art.

How does that relate to not having deistic belief attributes?
Is it a an evil taco?

Tacoism is the unofficially unrecognized religion of the JREF forum due to the fact that it was invented here.

No taco could possibly be evil, because the activities involved in making a taco include not killing, not stealing, not adultering, not drinking too much cerveza, etc...

Um, sleep in on sunday? Enjoy the game?
It's up to you. Nobody here will dictate to you what to do with all that free time you've just made for yourself (assuming you were going to church before you made up your mind).

First off, there is no such thing as an evil taco.
Secondly, it really does not relate to not having deistic belief attributes, but it is pleasing to the Great Taco in the Sky, and it tastes good.

So in actuality I converted to theism.

Burritologists have rejected the Taco nature in the buritto and worship the burrito for itself. This is not pleasing to the GTITS and is an abomination to all things Taco.

Lap dances and tequila shots would be my guess.

Well nothing, but then there doesn't need to be anything. When what you believed in was nothing then there is no void to fill when it is gone. You except life for what it is and what is presents to you. The universe is so staggeringly varied and amazing the whole "God" was just gilding the lilly. But actually, any concept we can dream up for god is puny compared to varied complexity and richness of what the universe, the world, life on earth, society, friends and family presents for our delectation.
