I know I will get beaten for this but I simply want to know now. And I'm deliberatly asking all our American fellas to have no mercy and let it go.
Imagine the following scene:
US Official: "gimme the names"
arabic translator: "ach mach malaech ..."
raghead bound to chair: "****ju"
US Oficial: leaves room
- sounds of blunt object hitting human body, followed by moans of pain
US Official: enters room, asks question, doesn't like answer, leaves room
- sounds of blunt object hitting human body, followed by longer moans of pain
... repeat the above for as long as you prefer
- sounds of blunt object hitting human body, one of the blows produces a nasty cracking sound
US Official: enters room - "You fockin ragheads! I said beat him, not kill him. How do I look now?
How many of you are certain that this - or something along this line - is definitely NOT happening right now?
Only two options.

Sure its happening.
I really dont have a problem with it cause its directed at terrorists. Im glad the story gets out cause it will terrorize the terrorists. Theyll know what'll happen if they get caught. Maybe some of them will think twice about joining al queda and the like.

Can non-Americans vote?

Sure man! What does it have to do with what country you come from when you're asked what you believe? I deliberately asked the Americans to have no mercy (with me, that is) because the whole poll might be considered somewhat - well - biased. It's not, I just wanna know.

Darn. I accidentally voted for the wrong answer. I meant to vote for the first option.

Hey, either you believe it or you don't. Gotta polarize a bit. You rather have me do something like the cross product of the options
I believe it/I don't
I think it's ok/I don't
I think we should have a law allowing it in cases constructed by rikzilla/ I don't
?
Too complicated man, I forget one option and some smartass points it out to me like "You know, I would have voted but I missed the option yes/yes/no/yes/no/yes/perhaps"
No way, it's yes or no.
If you want to elaborate, there's enough space for comment.

Hey, all the Americans have learned about torture I'm sure they picked up from the same people who taught them about rocket science! It's pays to learn from the experts!

Listening to political-types debate torture as an issue is torture and a crime against humanity.
Don't you understand that the world outside of 911-coverage is a fierce, violent place where these issuse are a mute point. Debating the matter is good for a short laugh, before Juan Il Ak-Med Gonzalez wastes your ass with a savage beating and a bullet in your head and nobody ever hears from you again.
If you can't pick up the phone and call for help so a policeman comes and directs you to a counselling center for therapy to help deal with the trauma of stubbing your toe, then rules and ethics don't apply.
It's a living hell out there, and the whole point of Globalization (and the war on terrror) is to change that.
