Status of Challenge

Hello, I am new here so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.

Is the One Million Dollar Challenge still available? I noticed in the Challenge Applications thread in the forums that there has not been a new applicant posting in two years. Is this because the MDC is no longer available or has JREF changed it's policy on posting the applications?

I am not a potential applicant or anything just curious. Thank you.

For example, they tested someone at TAM. I don't think that was posted in the Million Dollar Challenge thread.
